Shipping Policy

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation on working days.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your pincode.
• A tracking link is shared over email, SMS or WhatsApp once shipped.

Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
• Flat ₹49 shipping below that.
• COD handling fee: ₹49, available for orders between ₹199 and ₹5,000.

Failed deliveries

If a courier cannot reach you after three attempts, the order returns to us. We will contact you to re-ship (shipping charges may apply) or refund prepaid orders.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address and pincode at checkout. Message us within 2 hours of ordering if it needs a change.
